Overview: At SkinCheck I worked cross functionally in engineering and PM. I designed and launched Skin Check Connect, a Telehealth iOS product built from scratch in Swift/SwiftUI, connecting patients with doctors through an intuitive digital consultation experience. We build a real product(that helps saves lives yes) from zero in a startup environment where speed and quality both mattered.
What I built: Shipped core features across consultation flows, chat, and AI-assisted diagnostics on both the iOS and React/TypeScript platforms. Reduced physician review time by 20% per case and contributed to a 40% lift in overall engagement. Built a modular network manager that cut network-related bugs by 30% and enabled the team to ship new experiments 2× faster. Implemented 6+ backend REST endpoints, reducing integration issues by 25% across the iOS and web platforms.
How I worked: Iterated weekly using drop-off rates and session analytics alongside direct clinician feedback balancing technical constraints with real clinical workflow needs.
